Product Warranty

Every item purchased from House of Gr8 is backed by a 24-month warranty against defects in compliance. For some premium brands, this warranty may be extended up to 5–10 years.

Returns for Defects or Non-Compliance

If your product arrives damaged due to transport or contains manufacturing defects, House of Gr8 will replace the item under warranty at no additional cost.

To initiate a warranty claim, please send a written notification within 5 (five) days of delivery. You can:

  • Or log into your account and report the issue from the order page

Be sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and relevant photos if possible. Our customer service team will assist you in arranging a replacement.

Important

Please retain the product in its original packaging. The item must be returned in the condition received for us to proceed with the replacement.

Replacements will be shipped to the billing address stated on your invoice as soon as possible.
