Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
• Items returned damaged or used may not be refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
